much has happened in the past month...
the passing of my Papaw and a trip home to NC, planning for our trip to Thailand in 2 weeks, the beginning of a wonderful study in Romans with new girlfriends, dreaming of being a teacher, challenging books and anticipating this very exciting election.
Wish I was better at capturing it all here, but I'm not.
My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude though and I hope I can share it soon.
on a lighter note...
Tonight I am making an all-american meal... chicken pie, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn and apple crisp. It is in honor of this fantastic election day. We have new friends coming over to for dinner and we're going to watch tv all evening like it is superbowl Sunday at a fraternity.
