The first time he did it, I was grossed out. I'm pretty sure I said...
"You're gonna clean that thing in the kitchen?!"
But now, I'm proud. How many people know how to clean a fish anymore? It is a huge privilige to eat fish straight from the river.
A little olive oil, salt and pepper...
I ate my piece right off the baking dish. It was so good it never made it to my plate.
